The COS Project Analyst is generally responsible for conducting detailed analysis and solution design and acts as a key liaison with ADP affiliates and COS internal and external clients in both solution design and exec

Provides user-oriented, subject matter expertise input into the development of new features, customs and processes primarily related to the Autopay application.

Conducts structured analysis according to standardized procedures and prepares detailed analysis documentatio.

Manages multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of completion, and coordinates testing and move to production according to project plan.

Conducts QA and testing of change requests and other projects as necessary; presenting final results to all impacted areas to obtain sign-off.

Formally transitions projects to all business partners and follows up on the rollout process to ensure desired results are achieved.

Works on other short duration or one-off assigned projects and/or performs other duties as needed.



Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred. 2-4 years working experience.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Autopay and related processes and functionality including two or more of the following:

Special Calcs, Benefit Accruals, DIA, FSLAOT, Management Reports, Custom Programs, Balance Conversions, and Standardizations.

Product Knowledge including but not limited to Enterprise and PayForce, Planview, Netsecure and BPM.

Strong interpersonal skills, good presenetaton and communication skills.

Requires strong analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations.
